The Sacrifices of ALL Veterans and their families must be honored and care be given, especially spiritual.

One of my greatest memories: Placing a wreath with distinguished World War II Veterans John J McNeill, Frank Kameny, and Jack Strouss at Arlington National Cemetery, on June 11, 2010, as part of AVER's Operation Golden Eagle. There was not a dry eye for miles! Two days later these same men would lead the DC Pride Parade. Afterwards I asked John McNeill if he felt appreciated. "The pope doesn't get that much applause," he said. Happy 90th birthday John! Thank you for everything you have done.  Danny Ingram
